Jim Meyers, president of NCC for over four years, leads this wholesale company dedicated to manufacturing laser cartridges for printers. They refurbish empty cartridges by replacing internal components, refilling them with high-quality aftermarket toner, and testing and packaging them for national and international distribution to dealers and distributors.
Initially, Mr. Meyers handled all IT operations himself — building servers, managing the network, and maintaining infrastructure. As the company grew, this became unsustainable.
He needed to expand storage, integrate surplus hardware, and set up a backup server, but most IT providers only offered full-service contracts. Mr. Meyers was looking for targeted solutions to specific problems — not an all-in-one package.
NCC hired AMA Networks to deliver focused and efficient support. AMA integrated surplus equipment into NCC’s network, installed a secondary server, expanded storage, and streamlined system performance.
With AMA’s help, NCC transitioned into a more virtual environment, centralizing server capabilities and improving overall efficiency.
By quickly resolving issues and reducing IT-related downtime, AMA Networks helped NCC stay operational and productive, allowing Mr. Meyers to focus on growing the business instead of troubleshooting technology.
